Job summary

PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA in Makassar, South Sulawesi is seeking a dedicated Warehouse professional to join our team. This full-time role focuses on efficient storage, inventory management, and distribution to support our supply chain and customer satisfaction.

You will handle receiving, inspecting, recording goods, organize storage, pick and pack orders, and coordinate shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy. Prior warehousing experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record goods into the warehouse system.
• Organise and store goods to maximise space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch per specs.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handling tools safely.
• Load/unload vehicles and coordinate shipments for timely delivery.
• Assist with relocations, reorganisation, and process improvements.
• Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or issues to management.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse professional to join PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our warehousing and distribution operations. As a Warehouse professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient storage, management, and distribution of goods within our facility. Your work will directly impact our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction, making this a strategically important position within our logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming goods and materials into the warehouse management system
• Organising and storing goods in designated areas to maximise space utilisation and accessibility
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch according to customer requirements and specifications
• Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciling stock levels to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organisation standards throughout the warehouse facility
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Assisting with warehouse relocation, reorganisation, and process improvement initiatives
• Reporting any damaged goods, discrepancies, or operational issues to management promptly
