Job summary

FACETOLOGY is seeking a Logistics Admin in Jakarta to verify incoming goods, input data into the WMS, and reconcile records with DO, PO, and invoices. This role supports smooth inbound operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of related admin experience, is proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems, and can coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics/admin roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming goods against DO/PO/invoices.
• Input receiving data into the system or WMS.
• Reconcile receiving docs, inventory records, and system data.
• Maintain inbound documentation and filing.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and receiving reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor data accuracy of inbound transactions and inventory movements.
• Support stock-taking activities and administrative logistics tasks.
