Job summary
ECOMOBI CORPORATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Livestream Operation specialist to drive GMV, manage live flow, and optimize sales conversion across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada.
You will handle end-to-end livestream operations from pre-live setup through post-live analysis. Responsibilities include product setup, script coordination with Hosts, pace control during sessions, audience engagement, and data-driven optimization for future sessions.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce livestream operations.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada back-end tools.
- KPI-driven with high pressure tolerance.
Responsibilities
- Set up products on TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada Seller Centers (pricing, inventory, vouchers).
- Coordinate with Hosts/KOCs to develop sales flow scripts (flash deals, combos).
- Control the pace of live sessions and assist Hosts (pinning products, triggering vouchers at peak traffic).
- Engage with the audience via chat to drive urgency and close sales.
- Export and analyze performance data (View count, CTR, CR, GMV).
- Identify Winning Products and provide insights for next session optimization.
