PT BSMT TRAVEL GOODS is seeking an experienced Livestream Host Trainer to recruit, train, and develop hosts for TikTok Shop operations in Indonesia. You will design structured curricula, coaching plans, and scripts to optimize on-camera performance and drive sales, while ensuring alignment with brand and product strategies.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or above in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field.
• 3-4 years hands-on experience as a TikTok livestream sales host, or at least 1 year in training/coaching.
• Proven experience developing beginner hosts from scratch or training top-performing hosts.
• Strong understanding of TikTok livestream selling process: scripts, engagement, retention, conversions.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify performance issues via KPI metrics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Experience in livestream ops for local TikTok Shop brands in Indonesia.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, and assess local livestream hosts; establish criteria and classification system.
• Design structured training programs for hosts at Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced levels.
• Develop scripts, talking-point templates, SOPs for host development.
• Provide coaching through pre-livestream briefings, real-time monitoring, and post-livestream reviews.
• Deliver personalized coaching to improve on-camera performance and sales conversion.
• Optimize livestream scripts based on Indonesian language preferences and cultural factors.
• Evaluate script effectiveness and maintain a library of high-converting scripts.
• Monitor KPIs: watch time, engagement, CTR, CVR, GMV per host.
• Prepare performance reports and training effectiveness analyses.
• Collaborate with Livestream Ops, Content, and Product Selection teams to align with brand and product strategies.
