Job summary

Antarestar is seeking a Livestreaming Supervisor to keep multiple studios running across TikTok Shop and Shopee Live. You’ll lead hosts, ensure technical readiness, and respond to performance signals in real time.

You’ll build schedules, coordinate with ads, and deliver clear performance reports with metrics like GMV, CTR, CVR, and ROAS. Based in or near Bekasi, you should be comfortable night shifts and campaign periods.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years in e-commerce live selling (TikTok Shop / Shopee Live).
At least 1 year leading a host team or managing live operations.
Hands-on with streaming tech: OBS, lighting, audio, cameras.
Strong understanding of live metrics (GMV, CTR, CVR, ROAS) and ability to act on them.
Able to turn data into clear, structured reports.
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and campaign periods.
Based in or around Bekasi is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day live operations across all studios.
Supervise hosts and co-hosts from pre-live briefings to post-live reviews.
Monitor real-time dashboards and direct product switches or promos.
Resolve on-air issues quickly, including stock issues and pins.
Build and manage the live schedule and host roster across studios and platforms.
Oversee multiple studios and prioritize problems or opportunities.
Collaborate with the ads team to align spend with live flow.
Deliver daily and weekly performance reports with GMV, views, CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS.
