PT Social Commerce Indonesia seeks a Live E-Commerce Operations Manager in Tangerang to drive performance across TikTok and Shopee. You will craft promotional calendars, optimize live events, and lead host teams to boost sales and engagement.

Responsibilities include developing livestream concepts, monitoring dashboards, and delivering monthly performance reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience with strong leadership and data skills.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 2–3 years in Live E-Commerce, Livestream ops, or agency/retail ops.
• Experience managing seller centers on E-Commerce platforms (TikTok/Shopee).
• Able to read livestream stats and make quick operational decisions.
• Understand livestream equipment (OBS, lighting, camera).
• Ability to lead diverse Livestream teams and develop engaging concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly promotional calendars.
• Determine live sales strategies to increase AOV.
• Manage, train, and evaluate Livestream Hosts.
• Organize Livestream team schedules for optimal performance.
• Monitor livestream performance via dashboards (viewers, GMV, traffic).
• Provide direction during Livestreams (giveaways, flash sales, scripts).
• Address technical/operational issues during Livestreams.
• Ensure visual and equipment quality (lighting, audio, displays).
• Develop engaging Livestream concepts per brand requirements.
• Analyze post-livestream performance and prepare monthly reports.
