Key Responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage loan business through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners.

• Advise borrowers on mortgage loan options, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring accurate and complete submission of all required documentation.
• Work closely with underwriting and processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and closings.
