Bpr Cahaya Arthasejati in Tangerang is seeking a driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join our lending team. You will guide clients through the mortgage application process, assess eligibility, and facilitate loan approvals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Proven Mortgage Loan Officer or similar sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance (RESPA, TILA).
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage origination software and CRM systems.
• Must possess or obtain a lending license.

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans by meeting with potential clients, assessing their needs, and explaining loan options.
• Guide borrowers through the entire loan application process, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Analyze clients' financial information to determine creditworthiness.
• Stay current on mortgage lending guidelines, regulations, and product offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
• Meet and exceed loan origination goals and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
