Funding Societies | Modalku in Bali is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to join our Secured Lending team. You will hunt new clients with collateralized assets and help expand our loan portfolio with tailored financing solutions for SMBs.

You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end financing experiences while staying informed on market trends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in secured lending, B2B sales, or financial institutions with exposure to collateral-based financing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and acquire new clients with potential collateralized assets suitable for secured lending.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships by understanding their evolving business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and structure appropriate financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry movements, and competitors’ activities.
