Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku in Bali is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to join our Secured Lending team. The role focuses on sourcing and acquiring clients with collateral assets, and tailoring financing solutions to borrowers’ needs to grow our secured loan portfolio.

You will generate leads, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience while staying ahead of market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of secured lending or related B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new clients.
• Experience managing a portfolio with ticket sizes up to IDR 5 billion (IDR 10 billion cap).
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Hunter mindset with critical thinking and analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new clients with collateralized assets.
• Generate and qualify leads via networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding to identify opportunities and financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for end-to-end client experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitors' activities.
