PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk is seeking an Entry Level Leasing Executive to drive tenant sourcing and prospecting for SummaRECON Mall Makassar. You will present available spaces, tailor proposals, and negotiate terms with potential tenants.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a target-driven mindset to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with 1–2 years in related fields seen as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of leasing processes, tenant mix, and rental strategies.
• Able to conduct tenant sourcing, presentations, and negotiations through lease finalization.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tenant sourcing and prospecting to optimize occupancy and leasing targets.
• Offer and present available spaces and prepare leasing proposals per tenant needs.
• Negotiate rental rates, terms, and lease conditions with tenants.
• Coordinate leasing processes from negotiation to lease finalization and handover.
• Monitor tenant relationships and report on leasing pipeline, occupancy, revenue, and targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of leasing processes, tenant mix, rental strategies, commercial negotiations, and tenant relationship management.
• Able to conduct tenant sourcing, prospecting, presentations, and negotiations, as well as manage the leasing process through the finalization of lease agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical thinking skills, with a strong target-oriented mindset.

Job Description:

• Conduct tenant sourcing and prospecting to optimize occupancy and achieve leasing targets.
• Offer and present available spaces to potential tenants and prepare leasing proposals according to tenant needs and company targets.
• Negotiate rental rates, commercial terms, and lease conditions with potential and existing tenants.
• Coordinate the leasing process with tenants and relevant departments, from negotiation through the finalization of lease agreements and area handover.
• Monitor and maintain tenant relationships, and prepare reports related to leasing pipeline, occupancy, revenue, and target achievement.
