SUMMARECON MALL MAKASSAR is seeking a Coordinator for Casual Leasing & Sponsorship to drive revenue through leasing strategies and sponsorship programs. You will identify tenants and sponsors, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms with partners.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in casual leasing, sponsorship, sales, business development, marketing, or related role.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute casual leasing and sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and build relationships with potential tenants, sponsors and partners.
• Prepare and present leasing and sponsorship proposals and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate execution of leasing and sponsorship activities including events and branding.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Casual Leasing, Sponsorship, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related role, preferably within the property, mall, retail, or lifestyle industry.
• Good understanding of casual leasing, sponsorship, tenant/brand partnerships, sales strategies, negotiation processes, and commercial deals.
• Proven ability to identify and develop potential tenants, sponsors, and business partners, as well as prepare proposals and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical thinking skills; target-oriented and able to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute casual leasing and sponsorship strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize commercial opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential tenants, sponsors, brands, and business partners.
• Prepare and present leasing and sponsorship proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage agreements with clients and partners.
• Coordinate the execution of casual leasing and sponsorship activities, including tenant placement, promotional activities, branding, and event requirements.
• Monitor the performance of casual leasing and sponsorship activities, prepare reports, and evaluate results to ensure target achievement and maintain strong relationships with clients.
