Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. Makassar mall is seeking a Section Head of Leasing to lead leasing strategy and drive occupancy and revenue targets. You will source tenants, negotiate terms, and manage a results-driven leasing team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in leasing or property management, with supervisory experience, plus strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building with tenants and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Leasing/Property Management/Business Development with supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of leasing management, tenant mix, rental strategies, and negotiations.
• Ability to develop leasing strategies, source tenants, negotiate terms, and manage relationships to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical thinking, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets and optimize the tenant mix.
• Manage the leasing process, from tenant sourcing, tenant selection, and proposal preparation to commercial negotiations and finalization of lease agreements.
• Supervise and develop tenant relationships, while monitoring tenant needs, performance, and renewals.
• Coordinate the leasing process with internal departments and relevant parties to ensure tenant opening, renovation, renewal, and operations are carried out in accordance with established requirements.
• Lead and develop the leasing team, and prepare reports and analyses related to occupancy, revenue, tenant performance, and leasing target achievement.
