Job summary

SUMMARECON MALL SERPONG is seeking an Entry Level Sales/Marketing professional to execute activities and reach revenue goals at Scientia Square Park. The role focuses on canvassing, events, and partner programs, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and closing opportunities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields, has at least 2 years in sales, and demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in banking or theme park/recreational industry.
• Proficient in MS Office to support administrative tasks, data analysis, and sales reporting.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented with ability to canvass and acquire clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing activities to achieve individual and personal targets as well as revenue goals.
• Conduct proactive canvassing, casual leasing, and business visits to schools, companies, communities, and other potential partners.
• Develop, secure, and manage strategic sponsorship and partnership programs to expand networks and collaboration opportunities.
• Plan and execute selling programs, promotional events, and commercial activations.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, tenants, partnerships, and business partners.
