Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking a Leasing Executive for Summa re con Mall Makassar to drive occupancy and manage tenant relations. The role involves sourcing tenants, presenting space, negotiating terms, and guiding leases through to handover.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in leasing or related fields is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for achieving leasing targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in Leasing, Property Management, Sales, Business Development, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of leasing processes, tenant mix, rental strategies, commercial negotiations, and tenant relationship management.
• Able to conduct tenant sourcing, prospecting, presentations, and negotiations, as well as manage the leasing process through the finalization of lease agreements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical thinking skills, with a strong target-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant sourcing and prospecting to optimize occupancy and achieve leasing targets.
• Offer and present available spaces to potential tenants and prepare leasing proposals according to tenant needs and company targets.
• Negotiate rental rates, commercial terms, and lease conditions with potential and existing tenants.
• Coordinate the leasing process with tenants and relevant departments, from negotiation through the finalization of lease agreements and area handover.
• Monitor and maintain tenant relationships, and prepare reports related to leasing pipeline, occupancy, revenue, and target achievement.
