Qualifikationen

• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

About the role

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a Learning Partner Jr Specialist to join our Human Resources & Recruitment team on a full-time basis in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and growth of our workforce through training and learning initiatives. As a Learning Partner Jr Specialist, you will support in designing, implementing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational success.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the identification and analysis of learning and development needs across the organization through collaboration with department heads and senior management.

Support the design and development of training programs, learning materials, and instructional content aligned with organizational objectives.

Coordinate and facilitate training delivery sessions, workshops, and learning events for employees at various levels.

Maintain training records, track attendance, and prepare progress reports on training outcomes and participant feedback.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure the quality and relevance of learning initiatives.

Support the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness using appropriate measurement tools and methodologies.

Assist in the development and maintenance of learning management systems (LMS) and training documentation.

Contribute to the creation of a learning culture by promoting continuous development and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

Collaborate with the broader HR team on talent development initiatives and succession planning activities.

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in any major with 1-3 years of experience in training and development, learning coordination, or HR support roles will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
