Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a System Analyst to join a team that manages core system development. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, document development processes, and supervise design, testing, and modifications while advising product leaders and collaborating with Product Managers.

The role demands strong RBAC knowledge, IAM/PAM experience, UML/BPMN proficiency, API design skills, Java backend background, and solid SQL abilities, with excellent

• Have good knowledge and understanding of RBAC.
• Experienced in managing IAM and PAM will be preferable.
• Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology).
• Good communication skills in English on daily basis with expats.
• Min. 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
• Having knowledge and experience in different type of system integrations: files, webservice, messaging, DB.
• Having knowledge of UML and BPMN diagrams for designing application or services.
• Having knowledge and experience in designing API/services using sequence diagram.
• Having knowledge in data interchange format (JSON, XML, etc) and able to decide which type of data format to user with its pros and cons.
• Having background in Backend Developer/Engineer (Java).
• Good understanding of the Restful API concept.
• Familiar with distributed applications such as OOP, Thread, Heap, etc.
• Good understanding of SQL query.
• Have analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

Able to identify and design improvement solutions.
