PT Home Credit Indonesia in South Jakarta is seeking a Learning Partner Jr Specialist to support the design, delivery, and coordination of learning initiatives on a full-time basis.

The role focuses on identifying learning needs, designing training programs, and promoting a culture of continuous development across the organization. Collaboration with HR and external providers is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major; 1–3 years in training/development or HR support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage learners at all levels.
• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify learning and development needs with department heads and senior management.
• Design and develop training programs and materials aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers for quality learning.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness using measurement tools.
• Assist in LMS maintenance and training documentation.
• Promote a learning culture and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
• Work with HR on talent development and succession planning.
