Job summary

PT Home Credit Indonesia is a technology-based financing company serving customers across Indonesia. We seek a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern who is a final-year student in Psychology, HRM, Business, or Communications, or a graduate willing to intern.

You will source candidates, screen using our e-recruitment system, coordinate interviews, and assist onboarding with IT setup, while developing recruitment branding skills in a dynamic office environment.

• Solid communication skills and enthusiasm to learn recruitment industry.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through online channels, referrals, and innovative sourcing methods.
• Evaluate candidate information using our e-recruitment system and manage data efficiently.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with applicants, and support the selection process.
• Assist in onboarding new hires by collaborating with IT for device setup and welcome kit preparation.

Job description

Currently pursuing at least a final year student in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, Communications, or a related field. Or graduate students who are willing to experience internship

Demonstrated solid communication skills and enthusiasm to learn recruitment industry.

Able to perform multitasking and excel in a dynamic work environment.

Possess willing to learn attitude, open-minded, meticulous, and self driven personality is a good advantage.

Capable of multitasking and excelling in a dynamic work environment.

Familiar with how to use internet tools to boost recruitment branding and talent search purposes.

Willing to have 5 days working from office-setting.

Responsibilities:
