Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay seeks a Learning Supervisor to provide operational and administrative support for learning functions. You will coordinate training programs, maintain records, and support annual development plans in a luxury hospitality setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 1–2 years in L&D/HR, excellent communication, and fluent English. Bali-based position with comprehensive benefits and employee-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee training programs, orientations, and learning events.
• Maintain training records and learning management systems.
• Support the implementation of annual learning and development plans.
• Assist department leaders in identifying training needs.
• Coordinate internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Track employee participation and training effectiveness.

About the role:

The Learning Supervisor provides operational and administrative support to the Learning functions, ensuring effective coordination, accurate documentation, timely reporting and strong utilization of People & Culture systems and tools.

• Support the implementation of annual learning and development plans.
• Assist department leaders in identifying training needs.
• Coordinate internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Track employee participation and training effectiveness.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for people development and delivering exceptional service.
