Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay is seeking a Learning Supervisor to provide operational support for the Learning function, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting. You will work with People & Culture systems and coordinate multiple training initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–2 years in Learning & Development or Hospitality. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus English fluency, are essential for success in a fast-paced luxury

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Maintain training records and learning management systems.
• Support the implementation of annual learning and development plans.

About the role:

The Learning Supervisor provides operational and administrative support to the Learning functions, ensuring effective coordination, accurate documentation, timely reporting and strong utilization of People & Culture systems and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
