Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is seeking a Learning Supervisor to provide operational and administrative support to the Learning functions, ensuring coordination, accurate documentation, timely reporting, and strong use of People & Culture systems.

You will coordinate training programs, maintain records, assist in developing annual learning plans, and support leaders in identifying training needs while collaborating with internal trainers and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for people development and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee training programs, orientations, and learning events.
• Maintain training records and learning management systems.
• Support the implementation of annual learning and development plans.
• Assist department leaders in identifying training needs.
• Coordinate internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Track employee participation and training effectiveness.
