Job summary

The Learning Supervisor provides operational and administrative support to the Learning functions at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, ensuring accurate documentation, timely reporting, and robust use of People & Culture systems.

They coordinate training programs, maintain records, support annual development plans, and collaborate with leaders, internal trainers, and external vendors to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee training programs, orientations, and learning events.
• Maintain training records and learning management systems.
• Support the implementation of annual learning and development plans.
• Assist department leaders in identifying training needs.
• Coordinate internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Track employee participation and training effectiveness.

What you bring

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, or Hospitality.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for people development and delivering exceptional service.
