Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking an Learning & Development Manager to drive training strategy in collaboration with property leadership. You will design, develop, and deliver programs focusing on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills. You will measure impact and ROI of training initiatives across the property.

You’ll lead needs analyses, craft programs, and ensure delivery of both custom and corporate trainings to enable achievement of business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or 2-year degree in HR or related field with trainer certification.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and measure training ROI.

Responsibilities

• Administer training programs: promote programs, lead guest-service oriented training, identify behaviors for service excellence, ensure ongoing training, use effective methods, support training efforts, provide feedback.
• Evaluate training programs: monitor enrollment and attendance, assess progress, verify transfer of learning, review guest satisfaction data.
• Develop training plans and budgets: align programs with mission, address performance gaps, adjust methodologies, drive brand values in training.
• Manage training budgets: assist in budget development, monitor expenditures, use P-card to control costs.
