Qualifications

• 2-year degree in HR, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in HR or related area; certified trainer.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in HR, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: Promotes and informs employees about all training programs; demonstrates leadership in guest hospitality; supports training efforts.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: Monitors enrollment and attendance; assesses progress with participants; measures transfer of learning to operation.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: Aligns programs with mission; identifies performance gaps; develops training to improve performance; drives brand values.
• Managing Training Budgets: Participates in budget development; manages department expenses to meet goals; uses P-card when appropriate.
