Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead and align training initiatives with the property's mission and vision. You will work with property leadership to identify development needs and deliver both custom and corporate programs that drive guest satisfaction and business results.

You will assess training effectiveness, develop program plans and budgets, and ensure employee growth supports service excellence and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or related field; trainer certification.
• Four-year degree in related field; trainer certification; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee training programs and informs participants about offerings.
• Evaluates training program effectiveness and measures transfer to operations.
• Develops training plans and budgets aligned with organizational goals.
• Manages training budgets and departmental expenses to meet financial targets.
