Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking an innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for the Jakarta-based team.

You will identify skill gaps, create engaging learning experiences, and partner with leadership to align L&D initiatives with strategic business goals. This senior role drives training strategy across the organization, ensuring development programs support business growth and guest service excellence in a luxury

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Experience designing and delivering diverse training methodologies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design and development of training strategies.
• Oversee the L&D budget and vendor relationships.
