Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead training strategy that aligns with the hotel’s mission.

You will work with the property leadership team to identify development needs and design both custom and corporate programs, measuring ROI and ensuring training supports business results. Responsibilities include needs assessment, program design, and delivery of trainings on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Certification as a trainer is preferred.
• 2-year degree in HR, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
• Ensures employees receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations.
• Observes service behaviors and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers.
• Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.
• Reviews guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develops training plans to improve service performance and business outcomes.
