Job summary

The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to align training initiatives with the hotel's mission.

You will collaborate with property leadership to identify development needs, design programs, and deliver high-quality training across departments to drive guest satisfaction and business results. You will administer programs, evaluate effectiveness, and manage the training budget while upholding Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer.
• OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee training programs and promotes participation.
• Designs and delivers both custom and corporate training programs.
• Measures training effectiveness to ensure ROI and business impact.
• Works with leadership to identify development needs and budget plans.
