The St. Regis Jakarta is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive training strategy in a luxury hotel.

You will partner with property leadership to identify development needs, design programs, and deliver both custom and corporate trainings to elevate guest service and operations. Responsibilities include administering employee training, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring training aligns with the hotel's mission and guest satisfaction goals.

Competenze

• 2-year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality or related major; trainer certified.
• Minimum relevant experience in HR or training roles.
