PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a Learning and Development professional to identify training needs and design programs to grow employee competencies. You will lead assessments, develop IDPs, and coordinate training activities across the organization.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach to maintaining training records and evaluating program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Human Capital-related functions.
• Good understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training administration, and learning evaluation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs through competency assessments, Performance Appraisal (PA), and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee competencies.
• Coordinate training activities, including scheduling, trainers, participants, and training materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
• Maintain and update employee training records and learning databases.
• Support talent development initiatives and continuous improvement of learning programs.
