The role requires hands-on experience with TNA, instructional design, and program management, plus strong communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering structured learning programs.
• Strong ability to analyze training needs and gaps (TNA).
• Proven facilitation and public speaking skills for internal trainings.
• Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage L&D initiatives.
• Knowledge of competency frameworks and IDP development.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual training plans aligned with business goals.
• Conduct TNA to identify competency gaps across departments.
• Create structured learning materials and modules for soft skills, leadership, and professional competencies.
• Deliver engaging internal trainings and workshops to build employee capabilities.
• Evaluate training outcomes and suggest improvements based on feedback.
