• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years in Learning & Development, Training, or related area.
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in conducting training needs assessments, developing curricula and learning materials, and delivering training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Passionate about employee development and creating impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development requirements across the organization.
• Design, develop, and enhance training materials, programs, and learning modules to support capability development.
• Facilitate training sessions and deliver engaging learning experiences to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor end-to-end training initiatives, aligning with objectives and learning strategies.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and ad hoc reports, including training performance and program effectiveness evaluations.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of employee learning and development programs.
