Job summary

PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver programs for retail and head office staff, with a focus on Fashion Retail and Store Operations.

You will conduct Training Needs Analysis across store operations, sales, customer service, product knowledge and leadership, and collaborate with Brand teams to ensure programs meet business needs. Fluent English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Management, Retail Management, HR, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, Store Operations, or related function.
• Strong knowledge of Fashion Retail industry and retail store operations including sales processes and customer experience.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement learning programs for retail and head office employees, focusing on Fashion Retail and Store Operations.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify capability gaps across store operations, sales, customer service, product knowledge, leadership, and other competencies.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, Retail Management, HRBP, and Brand teams to align programs with business requirements.
• Develop learning materials, training modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and other learning tools; monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Analyze training results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Establish learning standards and ensure consistent implementation of learning programs across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe operational practices and identify learning gaps.
• Translate operational challenges and business requirements into practical and measurable learning solutions.

Job description

• Work closely with Store Operations, Retail Management, HRBP, and Brand teams to ensure learning programs are aligned with business requirements.
• Develop learning materials, training modules, facilitator guides, assessments, and other learning tools.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate learning and business performance indicators.
• Analyze training results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Establish learning standards and ensure consistent implementation of learning programs across stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to observe operational practices and identify learning and capability gaps.
• Translate operational challenges and business requirements into practical and measurable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Management, Retail Management, Human Resources, Education, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, Store Operations, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Fashion Retail industry is required.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, including sales processes, customer experience, store SOP, merchandising, inventory, and store performance.
• Previous experience working with fashion retail brands or multi-store retail operations is highly preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs for retail/store employees.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented.
• Willingness to conduct regular store visits and work closely with operational teams.
