PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai) is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop and maintain structured training curricula aligned with business goals. You will craft engaging learning materials and OJT frameworks to build employee competencies.

The role requires evaluating learning effectiveness, managing data, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful learning initiatives in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or related area; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Magnific for content development.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and training module creation.
• Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and translate results into improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Develop, design, and maintain structured training modules and learning curricula based on organizational and employee development needs.

Review and evaluate existing training modules and curricula to ensure their relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.

Create and develop engaging learning materials, including digital learning content, training presentations, and instructional materials.

Design and develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and learning frameworks to support employee competency development.

Evaluate the effectiveness and implementation of existing learning modules across the organization and identify areas for improvement.

Measure the impact of learning programs on employee knowledge, skills, and job performance.

Manage training data, learning records, documentation, and reporting.

Collaborate with various departments and external vendors to identify training needs and ensure effective learning program implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Educational Techology or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Design, Training Development, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.

Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Magnific for developing engaging learning materials.

Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and training module creation.

Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and translate evaluation results into improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge or experience in the optical industry will be an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
