Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator to lead strategic learning initiatives that develop leadership readiness and organizational capability. You will manage the full learning lifecycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, while guiding a team of instructors.

You will drive competency development, digital learning projects, and culture programs that align with business priorities and partner with educational institutions for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Education or related discipline.
• Professional certification in Training & Development or related fields is an advantage.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or Corporate Learning roles.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience across the training lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation).
• Design competency and leadership development programs aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives and LMS implementation.
• Develop organizational culture programs and knowledge management initiatives.
• Supervise learning instructors and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support priorities.
