Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Instructor to manage end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After-Sales, or Head Office functions in Indonesia. You will perform TNA, design curricula, develop modules, deliver sessions, and evaluate outcomes, ensuring alignment with competency requirements and business objectives.

Reporting to the Learning Design & Development Coordinator and Learning Center Manager, you will coach employees, maintain materials, and coordinate initiatives across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Engineering, HR, Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years in Training/LD roles such as Corporate Trainer or Learning Specialist.
• Professional certification in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience across TNA, instructional design, curriculum development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of ADDIE and competency-based learning; LMS/digital platforms familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and identify learning priorities.
• Design and continuously improve learning paths, curricula, and modules using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate programs across business units and branches.
• Support implementation and ensure consistent execution across locations.
• Select, prepare, and coach employees for internal/external development.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance learning quality and efficiency.
• Maintain training records and curriculum updates for compliance.
• Collaborate with L&D, leaders, and stakeholders to align with objectives.
