Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Learning Instructor to execute end-to-end training programs across multiple locations, including Pekanbaru and Jakarta Pusat. You will analyze needs, design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate outcomes to elevate workforce capability.

The role requires collaboration with Learning & Development, business leaders, and stakeholders to align programs with operational standards and business objectives. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in Training Instructor/ L&D roles.
• Professional certification in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end learning lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Experience with LMS or digital learning platforms.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend priorities.
• Design and improve learning paths, curricula, and instructional materials.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with engaging facilitation.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate learning programs across multiple locations and units.
• Support implementation and ensure consistent execution of programs.
• Coach employees for internal or external competency development.
