Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, or Head Office in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. You will conduct needs analyses, design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate outcomes across multiple locations.

You will coach employees, maintain materials, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with Learning & Development and business leaders to ensure programs meet standards and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources, Education or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Training Instructor, L&D Specialist, Corporate Trainer or similar.
• At least one professional certification related to training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle including TNA, design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, classroom management, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• English for business communication when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis by evaluating requirements and gaps to determine learning priorities.
• Design and develop learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness via assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate programs across multiple units and locations.
• Support implementation of programs meeting operational standards and consistency.
• Coach employees in internal or external development programs.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and curriculum updates for compliance.
• Collaborate with L&D, leaders, and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
