Job summary

Client in Indonesia seeks a Learning Instructor to drive end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office. You will analyze needs, design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating activities across Pekanbaru and other locations.

The role requires travel domestically, strong facilitation and English business communication, and a commitment to continuous learning within a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Engineering, HR, Education or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years in Training Instructor or similar roles.
• At least one professional certification in training delivery or instructional design.
• Hands-on learning lifecycle experience: analysis, design, delivery, evaluation.
• Familiar with ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Experience with TNA, assessments, and learning evaluations.
• Familiar with LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis from business requirements and performance data.
• Design and develop learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning outcomes using assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate programs across multiple business units and locations.
• Support implementation of learning programs and ensure consistent execution.
• Coach participants in internal/external competency programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain learning records and curriculum updates for standards compliance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and stakeholders to align with business goals.
