Job summary

A leading Indonesian transportation and automotive group seeks a Learning Instructor to manage end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office.

Responsibilities include TNA, design, development, delivery, and evaluation, coaching employees, and maintaining materials across multiple locations. This role requires collaboration with L&D and business leaders, travel across sites, and ensuring programs meet standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, psychology, engineering, HR, education, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Training Instructor or learning & development roles.
• Professional certification in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle (TNA, design, delivery, evaluation).
• Familiar with ADDIE and competency-based learning development; LMS/digital platforms experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis by assessing requirements, performance, and gaps.
• Design and develop learning paths, curricula, and instructional materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate learning programs across multiple units and locations.
• Maintain learning documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
