Job summary

MatchaTalent seeks a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, and Head Office. You will analyze needs, design curricula, deliver sessions, and evaluate outcomes while coordinating across Pekanbaru, Jakarta Pusat, and other locations.

You will coach colleagues, maintain materials, and drive continuous improvement in learning effectiveness. Willingness to travel domestically and work across multiple business locations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, Engineering, Human Resources, Education, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Instructor, Learning & Development Specialist, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
• Possess at least one professional certification related to training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete learning lifecycle (TNA, design, development, delivery, evaluation).
• Familiarity with ADDIE methodology and competency-based learning development.
• Experience with TNA, competency assessments, and learning evaluations.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional proficiency in English for business communication when required.
• Willing to travel domestically and be assigned to Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis by evaluating business requirements and competency gaps.
• Design, develop, and improve learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials using ADDIE and 70:20:10 frameworks.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Monitor progress and evaluate learning effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate learning programs across multiple locations and business units.
• Support implementation of learning programs ensuring standard execution across sites.
• Coach employees in internal or external development programs.
• Identify opportunities to enhance learning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain training records and curriculum updates for compliance.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, leaders, and stakeholders to align with business objectives.
