Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a Learning Instructor to manage end-to-end training programs across sales, after-sales, and head office in Indonesia. The role includes analysis, design, delivery, and post-training evaluation to ensure program impact and alignment with business objectives.

The successful candidate will coach staff, maintain materials, and drive continuous improvement across multiple locations, with willingness to travel domestically and be based in Jakarta Pusat or Pekanbaru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years delivering training and development programs.
• Professional certification in training, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Experience managing full learning lifecycle: analysis to evaluation.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and competency-based development.
• Strong MS Office skills and business English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify priorities.
• Design and update curricula and instructional materials using ADDIE.
• Deliver engaging classroom and workshop sessions.
• Monitor progress and evaluate training effectiveness via assessments.
• Coordinate learning programs across multiple locations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
