Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 2–3 years in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development.
• Strong knowledge of needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development.
• Strong knowledge of TNA, instructional design, training facilitation, and learning evaluation.
• Experience in developing training modules and delivering both online and offline training.
• Familiarity with LMS, digital learning platforms, and training reporting.
• Good analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or multi-business-unit organizations is an advantage.
