Job summary

McEasy, a transportation management solution, seeks a Head of Marketing B2B to own platform performance, drive core feature upgrades, and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, hardware and sales. The role focuses on expanding the platform into new markets and delivering a customer-centric roadmap.

You will lead a team of product managers, write clear requirements, and ensure reliable, scalable integration with client systems while aligning with global standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as product manager in B2B SaaS with subscription model.
• At least 2 years leading other product managers.
• Proven track record delivering faster, more reliable platform with engineers.
• Strong ability to write clear product requirements and say no to requests.

Responsibilities

• Own platform performance and reliability for customers.

• Own platform performance: keep the platform fast, stable and reliable for customers.
• Continuously improve core platform features toward global standards, with a focus on usability and flexibility.
• Plan and deliver platform upgrades and releases with minimal disruption to customers.
• Own system-to-system integration between the platform and customers' and partners' systems.
• Support packaging and segmentation of the platform for different customer types.
• Support product development for expansion into new markets.
• Lead a team of Associate Product Managers and work closely with engineering, hardware and sales.
• Ensure delivery of the committed product roadmap, including work that supports other product teams.

Qualifications

Must have

• 6+ years as a product manager on business software sold by subscription (B2B SaaS), with 2+ years leading other product managers.
• Has made a product measurably faster or more reliable, working hand in hand with engineers.
• Writes clear requirements and can say no to most requests.
• Technical background in integration development (system to system).
