Job summary

McEasy, a transportation management solution, seeks a Head of Marketing B2B to lead product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market for enterprise customers. You will oversee a team and collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to align platform features with market needs.

Based in Indonesia, you will drive platform positioning, multi-channel campaigns, and international expansion while ensuring the roadmap supports customer segmentation and integration with partner systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a product manager on B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years leading other product managers.
• Demonstrated impact on product speed or reliability with engineering support.
• Ability to write clear requirements and say no to conflicting requests.
• Nice to have: software sold in multiple countries.
• Nice to have: fleet/logistics or vehicle-tracking background.

• Continuously improve core platform features toward global standards, with a focus on usability and flexibility.
• Plan and deliver platform upgrades and releases with minimal disruption to customers.
• Own system-to-system integration between the platform and customers' and partners' systems.
• Support packaging and segmentation of the platform for different customer types.
• Support product development for expansion into new markets.

Qualifications

Must have

• 6+ years as a product manager on business software sold by subscription (B2B SaaS), with 2+ years leading other product managers.
• Has made a product measurably faster or more reliable, working hand in hand with engineers.
• Writes clear requirements and can say no to most requests.
• Technical background in integration development (system to system).
