Job summary

McEasy Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Platform to oversee platform performance, reliability and integrations, guiding a cross-functional team across engineering, hardware, and sales.

You will drive the roadmap for scalable platform features, mentor Associate Product Managers, and coordinate upgrades and market expansion efforts to meet global standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally B2B software/SaaS/platforms.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong technical background in API/system-to-system integration.

Responsibilities

• Own platform performance, ensuring speed, uptime, and reliability with monitoring.
• Improve core platform features toward global standards focusing on usability and flexibility.
• Plan and deliver platform upgrades and releases with minimal disruption to customers.
• Own integration between the platform and customers’ and partners’ systems.
• Support packaging and segmentation of the platform for different customer types.
• Support product development for expansion into new markets.
• Lead and develop a team of Associate Product Managers, working with engineering, hardware, and sales.
• Ensure delivery of the committed product roadmap across dependent teams.

• Proven experience leading or mentoring Product Managers.
• Strong technical background in system-to-system integration (e.g., APIs and data exchange between platforms).
• Experience managing platform performance and reliability, including speed, uptime, and monitoring.
• Strong skills in writing clear product requirements and prioritising a roadmap.
• Hands-on product data analysis using SQL and product analytics tools.
• Able to work well with engineering, hardware, and commercial teams.
