Qualifications

• Experience leading pastry teams and managing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pastry culinary team; supervise and manage day-to-day operations.
• Maintain culinary standards and food safety; ensure proper handling and storage of foods.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
