Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years culinary/F&B experience, or a 2-year degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience leading pastry teams and managing operations in a hotel or large-scale kitchen.
Strong knowledge of sanitation, food safety standards and culinary presentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all pastry operations to ensure high quality and consistency.
Develop and implement pastry menus, decor concepts, and product quality standards.
Coach and develop staff; manage budgets and apply proper portioning and waste controls.
Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met and train staff on SOPs/LSOPs.
Represent the property at media events and lead pastry classes for customers and the community.
