Qualifications

• Alternative: 2-year culinary degree with 2+ years in pastry field.
• Experience supervising pastry staff and ensuring quality.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and leads pastry staff to prepare pastries for all areas.
• Develops and designs pastry items; assists in menu development.
• Ensures sanitation, food safety and proper storage standards.
